Of Montreal To Release New EP In April

thecontrollersphere Polyvinyl is set to release the new EP from Of Montreal, “thecontrollersphere”, on April 26th. A 23 minute collection of songs recorded during the “False Prophet” sessions, the band is referring to this EP as their folk album. This 12″ is available on standard black 180g vinyl for $8, or on limited edition (1500 copies) baby blue 180g vinyl for $10. Both versions include the MP3s, and can be pre-ordered here. Also available for pre-order from the label is the book“What’s Weird?”. It’s a collection of artwork by David Barnes, brother Of Montreal frontman Kevin, who happens to act as the bands art director.
