Shipping Information

By default we generally pack all records using new unused shipping materials, however, if you're an environmental type and would like us to recycle a previously used mailer for your order, just let us know.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS using your choice of Media Mail or Priority Mail. All domestic orders ship with a tracking number.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. This method does not include a tracking number.

Orders for in-stock items ship within 48 hours. If your order includes a preorder or a backordered item, we will ship your entire order once all items are in-stock.

We will exchange any defective item, or offer store credit if the item is no longer available.

All records are packed securely in cardboard record mailers. We are NOT responsible for USPS related damage or losses. If you would like to add insurance to an order, contact us before completing the checkout process.
