The Pre-Minutemen punk band formed in 1978 in San Pedro, CA by Martin Tamburovich, D. Boon, Mike Watt, and George Hurley. The same lineup, minus Tamburovich, would later be known as Minutemen This is the latest pressing of 1979, and is limited to 300 copies, all on black vinyl. A-side features 10 song practice session recorded in 1979, B-side features the same 10 tracks, re-recorded by 38 members of different San Pedro affiliated bands, both past and present, including folks like Mike Watt, Todd Congelliere (FYP/Toys That Kill), Chuck Dukowski (Black Flag), and more!
