The Rentals Announce Japanese Benefit LP

Rentals Resilience The Rentals, the long running Moog-heavy new wave inspired project from former Weezer bassist Matt Sharp, have put together a collection of 18 instrumental compositions to benefit relief efforts in Japan, in the wake of the recent natural disasters. All the profits from the album, titled ‘Resilience’ and released by Ernest Jenning Record Co. will go directly to the Red Cross. Pre-orders for the album, which is limited to just 500 copies on vinyl, went live this morning for $20, and are available from the band and the label. Vinyl purchasers will also receive a download of the album. This won’t be around long, so pick up a great record and support an important cause!
